With technological know how from the second largest 2 wheeler alloy wheel maker in the World, Rockman is staring the production of 2 wheeler allow wheels from April 2008 in its green field project in Haridwar. With an installed capacity of 1.2 Million wheels this would be one of the biggest such facilities under a single roof starting from designing to ready to use wheel assemblies.
In house facilities include casting, machining, heat treatment, painting and assembly with facilities for inspection and performance testing of the wheel assemblies.
Owing to our responsibly towards environment, Rockman is using technologies for cleaner environment. Take for example our Paint Shop which ensures a Zero Water Discharge. Even the alloy melting is done by Propone Gas to minimize fumes. |
